The Indigo Rose variety (also called black or blue tomato) ripens in a different color depending on the sun's exposure. i.e. The initially green tomato changes its color to blue and finally to black when it is exposed to direct sunlight. The page that e.g. B. is covered by leaves and is not constantly illuminated by the sun, has a red color when ripe.
